Its recognizable design can be seen on a slew of other luxury buildings across Manhattan, including the Henry on the Upper West Side, One Wall Street, the Four Seasons Residences in downtown and at least four residential high-rises on the Upper East Side.

For instance, on a building like the Henry on Broadway where there’s a great rooftop garden, there’s a wonderful big double-height living room that’s rather low in the building with big arches. It tells you that there’s something really special going on there; it’s a special apartment where you wouldn’t expect it, and it’s expressed on the outside of the building.
